MAG Fashion Lounge is a premier indoor retail destination located in the beautiful The Falls Mall, nestled in the affluent Pinecrest/Palmetto Bay community. Here, shoppers can discover an exciting array of fashion, art, and design, featuring creations from local and international artisans, boutique finds, handmade home goods, specialty items, and much more.

Founded by Miguel A. Giffuni in 2017, MAG Fashion Lounge provides a unique brick-and-mortar platform for local sellers, allowing shoppers to support their community while enjoying a diverse selection of curated goods. Our spacious 11,000-square-foot venue accommodates up to 30 carefully selected sellers, each with their own mini-store space, along with access to dressing rooms, restrooms, and WiFi and much more. Come and be captivated by the creativity of our local entrepreneurs!

At MAG Fashion, we pride ourselves on being a launchpad for emerging talent and local brands. Our boutique serves as an incubator for innovative designers and entrepreneurs, providing access to the essential resources and expertise needed to succeed in the specialty retail industry. By fostering a supportive environment and offering tailored solutions, we empower our partners to grow, flourish, and ultimately establish their own standalone stores. Notably, many of the brands we've housed have successfully transitioned to brick-and-mortar locations in premier local shopping centers, solidifying our reputation as a springboard for sustainable fashion businesses. Through our collaborative approach, we help propel local fashion visionaries from concept to storefront, nurturing the next generation of style leaders.
