Formerly known as MAG Fashion Lounge, our space has long been a home for emerging designers and independent brands. Today, as Ximma Collective Showroom, we are proud to carry forward the legacy of curated fashion and design that MAG began. Although MAG has closed its doors, we’ve taken over their space and are continuing their work, independently. We honor their mission of providing a nurturing environment for small businesses and entrepreneurs in the fashion industry.

 

As one of the brands that was housed and nurtured within MAG’s community, we are honored to now evolve into Ximma Collective, carrying that same vision forward.

Ximma is an exciting new curated retail experience designed for fashion lovers, art enthusiasts, and design seekers, Ximma brings together a dynamic mix of local and international emerging designers, artisans, and independent brands, offering an ever-evolving selection of fashion, art, home décor, handmade goods, boutique finds, and specialty items. Every visit is an opportunity to discover something fresh, creative, and truly unique.  

 

A Launchpad for Independent Brands

 

Newly opened, Ximma Collective Showroom provides small retailers—many of whom primarily sell online—with a physical presence at an affordable cost and flexible lease terms. Our spacious 11,000-square-foot showroom accommodates up to 30 carefully curated brands, each with its own dedicated space, allowing them to showcase their collections in a thoughtfully designed retail environment.

 

With access to fitting rooms, restrooms, and WiFi, Ximma offers an ideal setting for brands to grow their audience, connect with customers, and establish their identity in a high-traffic, high-visibility location. More than just a store, Ximma is a vibrant collective of creative entrepreneurs shaping the future of retail.
